MasterChef’s season 13 finale featured three finalists who cooked three-course meals for the judges. Grant Gillon, Jennifer Maune, and Kennedy Underwood respectively represented the Midwest, South, and West regions of America. All three finalists cooked and presented artistic restaurant-ready dishes to the judges. Grant’s menu effortlessly blended his Midwest roots with elements of Italian heritage. Joe Bastianich shared that he was impressed by Grant’s plating style and conceptualized menu.

- Appetizer: Raviolo al Uovo, morel cream sauce, truffle butter and shaved truffles
- Entree: Pork Loin Medallions, salmoriglio sauce, agrodolce, and celery root puree with beer-braised fennel and onions
- Dessert: Torn Stout Cake, coffee stout mousse, chocolate pizzelle and coffee ice cream

- Appetizer: Lobster Succotash, sweet corn puree, truffle oil and champagne caviar vinaigrette

- Appetizer: Crispy Skinned Trout, truffle potatoes, oyster mushrooms, tarragon pea puree, saffron tuile, trout roe and smoked oyster aioli
- Entree: Rabbit Saddle, seared rabbit liver, pickled cherries, beets and juniper berry sauce
- Dessert: Black Sesame Cake, dark chocolate ganache, blackberry mousse and yuzu chocolate snow
