A Grammy-winning musician and producer, Questlove is featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon as a drummer for The Roots. Today, he is opening a new Mixtape eatery in Westlake Village. Questlove’s ‘Mixtape’ eatery presents a remix of organic burgers, with dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. Here’s the scoop:

Questlove’s Mixtape is opening in the Westlake Village food hall, Neighborly. This modern eatery doesn’t use beef, gluten, or seed oils. The ‘Mixtape’ menu features crispy chicken and vegetarian burgers on gluten-free buns. You can add ingredients like red onion, lettuce, and tomato, or remove the dill pickles and/or mayonnaise to create your favorite sandwich.

The popular Crispy Chicken Sandwich has a gluten-free chicken fillet, creamy mayonnaise, and tangy dill pickles on a sesame seed brioche bun. ‘Mixtape’ also includes two OGB burger options. The OGB has a single house-made ground chicken patty, mayo, and crisp dill pickles on a buttered and toasted brioche bun. The OGB Royale has a single ground chicken patty, Cooper’s American Cheese, mayo, crisp dill pickles, grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes on a buttered and toasted brioche bun. The OGB Royale comes with a side of Mixtape Sauce. Both OGB burgers can be customized, and you can add an extra chicken patty for $3. The ‘Mixtape’ menu also features waffle fries, which pairs well with the burger.

Questlove’s ‘Mixtape’ eatery also includes dairy-free and vegetarian options. The ‘Eat Your Greens Veggie Burger’ has a vegan mushroom patty, tangy citrus glaze, avocado slices, mayo, crisp dill pickles, arugula, champagne vinaigrette, red onion, and tomato on a buttered and toasted brioche bun. This burger comes with a side of Classic Honey Mustard sauce. You also have the option to remove the arugula, avocado, mayo, dill pickles, tomato, and/or the red onion.

And Questlove’s ‘Mixtape’ eatery adds more fun vibes with the Saturdaes. A reinvention of the ice cream sundae, Saturdaes are a flavorful dairy-free treat. This eatery’s menu includes three options: The Salted Caramel Crunch Saturdae, The Strawberry Graham Jam Saturdae, and the Loaded Dark Chocolate Brownie Saturdae. Questlove’s ‘Mixtape’ infuses classic flavors of nostalgia with his health-conscious vision of comfort food, with gluten-free and customizable options for everyone.
