In 1998, Pierre Koffmann worked with Gordon Ramsay to help him successfully open Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is Gordon Ramsay’s signature restaurant. For 19 years, it has maintained standards of excellence as well as three Michelin stars. Now, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay stands strong as a symbol of culinary excellence and teamwork. Gordon Ramsay also spoke with Matt Abé, who is now the co-chef patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
